Windows 7: Registry completely destroyed, basically "bricked" computer

Cowgoesmoo2, you do realize you have to boot using the repair or system discs? Just inserting the disc in the drive won't fix your problem.

Take everyone`s advice and reinstall windows 7.

If you had all those problems a week ago, you should have done the install the next day.

look i can give you a copey of win 7 ulamate but it will take a week or 2 to get to you if you live in the usa

The installer is already provided in the Clean Reinstall tutorial. THe OP must have a key to activate it. Don't even think about offering bootleg anything on this site as you will be tumbling head over heels in outer space.

Windows being "hosed" shouldn't prevent your computer booting from a CD/DVD.

Are you sure your BIOS is set correctly?
