Registry completely destroyed, basically "bricked" computer

    Registry cleaner

Alright. I have some serious problems.
I had a few small registry problems and I think a startup crash, so I decided to get a registry cleaner. But anyways, I did two cleans, the first one got a few thousand of problems and the second found 2000 some, but I think only or either vast majority of problems were those activex + some other word kind of issues in the second scan, *whichever category comes first in a registry cleaner listing.

Anyways, I restarted after those two and I found I had some serious serious issues and I attempted to do a restore to the backup point. It made it worse. So this is the situation now:

As far as I know, I cannot open any programs that exist in system32 mostly because mostly of "No such interface exists" (nise in short)

Anything related to system restore will either not do anything or show nsie, as well as the vast majority of all other applications within*system32.

I remember command prompt does nothing, as in it will not start as if I did not even click it.

    Sft/ scannow
I can't remember if it was sft, but it was some command like sft. Doesn't work, I think it was nsie

    Msconfig is also broken

And I'm assuming nothing else works, I tried a bunch of other sys32apps, I just can't recall each.
Although if you have any specific programs you want me to try opening I will go right ahead

All software is just dead, (although I can't view them from program files or add/remove list) *but the word documents on my desktop cannot be interacted with except to view their properties and move them around. Folders do nothing, i have minecraft and I believe it is an exe file which those probably won't work either, only my antivirus seems to function out of all my programs.

Oh right and right clicking on my desktop gives me about five options. Refresh undo redo, meh.

Normally in my task manager there are some 50 programs (listed in 2nd tab) running mostly from sys32, now there are about five.

"My computer" is completely innaccessible and so is control panel, and everything else from the start menu other than all programs which is just basically a shortcut list- useless- cannot do anything, fortunately the search bar works.*

Safe mode doesn't make the slightest difference to what I have tried, the use last working settings from startup seems to do nothing as well

I do not have a restore disc, but I can order one from HP.
But do I really need one? If I could just restore my registry...

I can't use anything in a thumbdrive, much less change UAC settings or basically anything in the directions you gave me.

Recommend you take your computer to a repair shop.

Do you have important data you cant live without, if you do not do yourself a favor and reinstall your OS. Oh, I see you do not have a repair disc, do you have a copy of win 7?

Do you have any live cd linux disro's, you can boot up a working OS with them?
