    Dual screen assistance with shortcuts

I recently upgraded my system to dual screens, and need some advice mostly. I want to know if there is a way to, say click the IE9 shortcut on screen one, and have it open up there, then click another IE9 shortcut on screen two, and have 2 different browser windows open. I've searched google, however couldn't find anything related to this.

Your always gonna have to drag the 2nd instance of IE over after you start your pc. it should stay there until you drag it back or turn off the pc.

I dont think windows knows how to do that, you may be able to find a 3rd party tool that can probably do the job. However the inconvinience of just moving a window to my second screen is so little that i never though of it as an issue.
