Strange taskbar and browsing behavior

1st problem
When i open a folder and trying to click at one of my "Favourite" shortcuts at left panel they open in new window. Shortcuts dont even work when im uploading something and want to browse via "Favourite" shortcuts. I want it working and open in same window like it should be. How can i fixt it ?

2nd problem
Taskbar... i cant pin anything to it. Even if i right click on software there is no option to pin or unpin.

Its only 2 weeks old system and i really dont know how could i messed it up. Please help me

try a sfc scan, run it three times.
be aware any third party theme will revert to windows default themes

I tryed but "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." I used method 2

edit1 // I think the problem will be in register files, is there some way to restore them to default even i dont have system restore point or any other backup ?

edit2 // so i was searching and i managed that occurs because i deleted .lnk association registry file, but now i dont know how to restore it :/
