    What is System Reserved 100 MB and what we can do with this?

    The boot manager lives there, automatic recovery tools live there, bitlocker when active lives there.

    Don't mess with it. Just leave it alone. If you corrupt it, you system will not boot any more.

    YOU can do Nothing with it. As others have stated just leave it alone.

    You don't see it unless you are in Disk Management or some other, 3rd party, disk utility program.

    The System Recovery Options accessible from F8 Advanced Boot Tools actually live on C drive, however they are written to the F8 menu along with the boot files.

    As long as SysReserved partition remains it alone must be marked System Active.
