Windows 7: Windows 7 Ultimate x32 random freezes (details of them in post)

Windows 7 Ultimate x32

Well, recently, I've got a new copy of windows 7 installed into my computer. All well all good. First reboot after instalation and I am in the desktop. Not after a long time after playing with the cursor everything got blocked, even the monitor and all inputs I had. No BSOD, no nothing; just the mouse blocked in a spot, CTRL ALT DEL wont work, none of the inputs or outputs would work.

Edit: Safe mode+ networking works but disables me 95% of the things.

After long studying how computer work, I found out that a service was doing this (a service that I am 100% in need of it).
By elimination of services (msconfig) I found out that Network Store Interface service was the one with the problem and I tried to run the windows without it. The results were stunning. The PC/windows wouldn't freeze anymore but without it, I am unable to connect the internet rendering the machine pretty useless.

So my question is, what do I have to do?!

This is the eventlog, may help.

Thanks in advance

Shameless bump
After a while I decided to use my brother's hard disk (that has the same windows 7 and works perfectly) on my computer. Guess what, it crashed too.
The problem is my computer not my HDD if you'd like to know.
