Windows is loading files, Windows Logo, Nothing.

    Toshiba Satellite L750
    Windows 7 64bit
Thats all i really know about my laptop.

So i turn it on it says launch start up repair or Start windows normally
No matter which i choose or try other options such as restore to factory settings by pushing F8 it all leads to the same thing which is
1.Windows is loading files ( see a bar progressing at the bottom, Usually when this happens i see all the files that are being loaded but now there are none at all)

    2.windows logo loads normally

3.Large cursor in the middle of the screen as if it was in safe mode but a black screen behind it and all i have control of is the mouse.

I have tried booting from a windows 7 disk and it leads to the same thing, all i have access to is the BIOS.

    Welcome to the forum.

Follow steps any of the following tutorials.

    Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery
    Startup Repair
Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times

    And
Why is my screen black when I start Windows 7?

If you're able to get through, see this tutorial as well.

Im not able to do any of these it seems as if there is not even an OS.. Only things I can do are before windows trying to load, meaning pretty just BIOS things.

When i start the laptop it asks for an ethernet cable connection and exits then asks for a boot disk and press any key to continue.
I have a win7 install disk im not quite sure what a boot disk is but if thats what it is it says i dont have one and just reloads that whole thing.

If you have reset your BIOS to default settings you may have to go back in and change your boot order. It sounds like its going though the default options one by one, network boot, DVD Drive, etc. You may want to run a diagnostic on your hard drive to see if it is OK. Your Toshiba may have built in diagnostics or you can go to the drive manufacturers web site and get one. If you use the drive manufacturers utility look for one that will let you create bootable media. You should be able to get the make and model number of your hard drive from your BIOS screen.
