Can you describe in specific detail what the situations are in which the lag occurs and what exactly you're interpreting as lag? Basically walk us through every step of what happens.
Well, at startup, it takes at least 2 minutes to load, and although the Chrome window appears in Alt+Tab, it's just a white screen with the navigation bar white. Within the first 10 minutes of use, each page takes at least a minute to load.

    What do you mean?
From Adobe Flash's website here, it says...
    PPAPI: 11.3.31.230
    NPAPI: 11.4.402.265

    My Chrome "aboutlugins" page says...
    PPAPI: 11.3.31.318
    NPAPI: 11.4.402.265

For some reason, my Chrome PPAPI flash version is newer than the one on Adobe Flash's page :P

It's probably cause I'm using Chrome Beta

That sounds like an issue with Chrome and not with the actual connection to the servers. It wouldn't freeze into a white window if it were a simple connection issue.

You say you're using Chrome beta. Try completely uninstalling and reverting back to a stable or earlier version and see if that works.

The point isn't to decide whether or not you like to use them, rather to see if the issue is reproduced with other browsers. Right now, Chrome seems to be your issue.

    Yeah, I tried.
Didn't happen as much with the other browsers, but it still lags.

Didn't happen as much as in what? When you open another browser does it freeze to a white screen exactly like Chrome does? If not, how does it differ?
