    There's no white screen, but it just lags a lot.
    Can't describe it. The elements on the browser take a long time to load.

    Maybe one of your add-ons/extensions is corrupt/dodgy.

    Does Chrome have a "Safe Mode" (i.e. run with add-ons disabled)?
    If so, does the problem still occur when you run it in "Safe Mode"?

    Still happens with all extensions and addons and plugins disabled :P
    Here's a screenshot of what Chrome looks like at stage 2 of loading.
    Stage 3 is fully loaded, with bookmark bar and extension icons non-generic, and stage 1 is the white screen.
