Screen problem

Ive been getting weird things on my screen. Any help ? I took a picture of it on my iPad but idk how to post it here

Also I have an old Windows XP Laptop for backup/occasional use etc.
If its an LCD display and you dropped it a few times, then the marks are most likely liquid from the display that has leaked from the damage. Nothing you can do about that except buy a new screen.
