In post #6 Bare Foot Kid gave you a link to do a clean install Clean Install : Factory COA Activation Key
You would be up an running if you had followed his advice.

Or you can contact Dell support and get the installation discs. You should receive a clean W7 disc and one with the drivers. You can download any Dell provided programs from the support site.

Code:
diskpart
sel vol d
active
det part (is is active now? is it healthy and primary?)
exit
Code:
dir d:\
dir d:\windows
dir "d:\program files"
It is your win7 volume?

Code:
chkdsk/f d:
no errors? or errors that are repaired? if so run it again

Code:
bootsect/nt60 d: /force
bootsect/nt60 d: /force /mbr
Succesfully?

I am sorry. I must say I am currently working on two motorbikes. Kind of restoring. I am sorry.

Not updated the laptop yet. I have 'acronis disk director v10.0 (bootable cd)' is it helpful?

Thanks in advance.

If you can use the Acronis Disk to set the 14 GB partition active then Re-boot without the Acronis disk, if the recover options are not corrupted, it should boot and recover the system.

I have install win 7 enterprise ed (not genuine)

Now the situation is drive c become local disk and recovery become d with 'recovery' folder on it.
Is my recovery partition is corrupted?
I can see it 'recovery' in my Computer as a drive d. It is visible but all content on it.

Did you already try to mark OEM 40MB partition ACTIVE and reboot?

winxp can't install most likely due to the fact you use sata disks. Why install an old OS anyway(?)
You see win8 bootmanager?... be more clear next time please.

OEM partition doesn't have it, RECOVERY partition neither. 283MB formatted a few times, so win8 there.
It is in your MBR!!!
