Windows 7: Help..my win7 can't working

windows7 I can not access any programs because his login has been locked, when I entered in the log that is not locked then desktop turn black and start programs and others do not appear.

Do I understand you correctly? You can't access things on the computer because they are password protected, (locked).

i cant enter to administrator login..
how to return to normal if it is locked, while the password is forgotten.

Who ever is the administrator with the password can set up a user account for you.

the administrators also have forgotten password, do you have any other solution ??

picture 1 : cant click all program to desktop

Picture 2 : cant open any program from start menu

picture 3 : cant enter to login

First of all there is no reason to have a password on your computer, truly this is what I believe.

And how do you just forget your password ??????

the first my computer no password, maybe my son click another program and then my computer becomes locked
