Does anyone know if both the 32 bit & 64 bit versions will be on One Disk?
I thought I read this somewhere.
If so, can one key be used with both versions?
In other words, can I upgrade straight from 32 to 64 from the same disk if I choose to do it at a later date?
Or will I have to get another disk and pay again?

They are both included...
However no upgrade...clean install only.
It's the same setup as Vista three years ago, just as Antman describes. One platform per disc, but your key will work with either platform.
If you plan to switch platforms, you'll be doing a clean install. If you purchase just the 32 bit version, you should be able to get the 64 bit media from Microsoft for about $10, assuming your license type qualifies.
A cool thing happened for me under Vista.
MS sent me a 64-bit retail disc upon request ($10 or so for shipping). With a new key.
I've recently seen Microsoft staff online repeatedly saying both versions are on the same disc.
My understanding prior was that both were simply "included," potentially on two separate discs.
You get only one key, so you can't use both at once. You also have to fresh install whenever switching between 32-bit and 64-bit, so you can't truly "upgrade."
(For what it's worth, there are some scenarios where they're offering deals on upgrade disks where it appears you only get 32-bit OR 64-bit depending on what you order. But unless you have to specify someplace, you're supposed to get both.)
