| | sorry, yeah, it's solved. culprit is lenovo facial recognition "security" software. While setting up the software, it added a password to my windows account and locked me out. whatever password you type into the lenovo software will be your new Windows account password. the Lenovo software doesn't warn you about that beforehand. | | I've disabled that software in my Lenovo since I have a piece of tape over the web cam. I never use the cam and it's too easy for someone to hack into it. |
