Something to tell me when my Laptop isn't charging

Hi, my laptop has a slightly broken charge slot. As in i have to toggle it a bit it get the charging to work and if a strong vibration occurs it could stop charging anytime. I usually play video-games in full screen allot, so I can't tell if my charging suddenly stops or not. I need a way for it to be obvious for me to notice just when my charger stops working. And before you tell me to set it so that my screen dims down on brightness once it stops charging, I have a moniter connected to my laptop and that method does not work as my laptops own monitor is turned off and not in use.

Is there some sort of program that will ding, make a sound, minimize me or w.e when it notices once my charger stops working, or maybe even some different method all together. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well, you could leave the lappy screen on while you are playing on the remote monitor, or at least program an annoying system sound for the low battery alarm.

I would love to program one if I knew how
