Windows 7: NTLDR missing

Hello, I've had a busy weekend so I wasn't able to try all your solutions right away.

First: Yes, the WDC ... is my internal HDD.

Second: I don't have the Win7 recovery disk. I do have 6 disks that I made when I first got my laptop but they contain Win7 plus all the programs that were on my pc when I bought it (from ASUS) and those disks don't have a repair option.
I did find a recovery disk online and it worked the first time: I did startup repair. Everything was 0x0 so no errors. I tried to reboot, same problem again. I wanted to use the repair option from the disk again, suddenly it said the recovery functions were for another version of Windows so I couldn't get to the menu with startup recovery etc.
Which sucks because I might be able to solve the problem if I can get to that menu and open up a cmd window.

Third: I downloaded the Partition Wizard. I can't do Rebuild MBR for some reason. I can't change my partitions to active or inactive. There's also a "set windows boot partition" or "boot.ini editor" but I get an error message (doesn't matter on which partition I try to do it). Errors are: "Failed to find Windows directory" and "the selected partition doesn't contain boot.ini file."

Here are some pictures from Partition wizard. I also took a picture of the SYSTEM partition. The files that were last edited on 2012/09/15 0:38:11 are the ones that have been changed because of my attempt to install Win8. No idea id this is helpfull though :P

And thanks already for all the replys

We were not aware you have an EFI BIOS with Win7 installed to a GPT disk.

There are special steps required to repair or reinstall with an EFI BIOS: UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with - Windows 7 Forums

To avoid EFI so Win7 can be reinstalled and repaired normally, remove EFI Boot disk from BIOS Boot order, enable any BIOS Legacy setting, wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command then follow normal steps to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Correct me if I'm wrong but with this method I can't keep the data on my internal HD.
If that's the case I might as well use the ASUS recovery disks I've made but I'd like to keep that option as a last resort.

The way I see it now and again, correct me if I'm wrong.
The files on the EFI partition are needed to boot Win7. By trying to install Win8 I accedentally changed some files on that same partition causing the problems I'm having now. Is there a way to restore those files to the way they were a few days ago, before I screwed up. Or is there a way to get to the data on my internal HD so I can put them on an external HD, so afterwards I can just reinstall the whole thing.

You should always have your data backed up externally.

Once this is done you can run Factory Recovery from its partition or disks, or get the superior Clean Reinstall.

To attempt to repair Win7 run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times

Since I need my computer to start working again soon ( school started again), I decided to use the Asus recovery disks because I figured everything would be okay afterwards. I was wrong...
Greg, I read those tutorials but I'm not sure how to boot my system into UEFI. I do have the Uefi boot enabled, but there is no eufi:... Option amongst my boot options. Also I'm not sure what you mean by 'enable any legacy settings'.
Is there an easy way to reinstall win7? I don't care if I have to format my HD.

Nevermind, I got it to work now. I did the diskpart clean command and than I just installed Win7 from a downloaded Win7 installation disk.

Thanks everyone for the replys and suggestions and thanks Greg for the great tutorials
