Windows 7: In my Documents Library there's a blank microsoft folder.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
 
 
In my Documents Library there's a blank microsoft folder.

I want to know what its purpose is and if I can move it. Opening it gives me a folder called:
Code:
IdentityCRL
and opening that gives me an empty folder called:
Code:
production
