Windows Kernel event ID 41 error

I recently encounter restarting of computer without any reason, no error etc.
I have read the article from Microsoft "Windows Kernel event ID 41 error "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first" in Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2" and I don't think I can solve the problem too?

Sometimes my computer will just restart once it gets to the "Asus" pop up screen? What do we call that? Splash screen? Or what is it? Whatever it is, when it gets to the "Asus", when I start up my computer, it restart without reason, sometimes is when I get to Windows, and without error it restart again and again. First I though is Power Setting that is causing the problem, later I check is not, I used Balance setting.
Even sometimes I think that when I just start up my Google Chrome browser the computer will restart, but when I didn't do anything it won't restart yet, but when I just double click and run it, it will restart somehow, don't know why. But most of the time if restart itself without reason.

Sometimes, I can use my computer for the whole day without problem, maybe restart 1 or 2 times after a few or 12 hour or more.
Is it a weird problem or someone got this problem too?
I changed my power supply months ago, before changing I go check and the guy told me power supply has been damage, I doubt is not because I use the computer for a long time, because my brother have the exactly same PC as mine and his doesn't have this problem!

I think my power supply is 700 watt or 650 watt if I'm not wrong.

Is there anything that I should post to provide more information?

I'm confused, your spec have a Intel mother board and your post has a Asus bios splash screen.

I have a different Asus board than you but at one time I did have a problem of 2 or 3 reboots at the Asus splash screen. It was caused by the bios. I went to a older bios and stopped that problem. I found the fix on the Asus Forum.
    Please update your specs.
