| | I still have this problem, but i think i know with what is this problem related. I got a laptop with windows installed (but with no installation DVD, but with genuine code), so when i had to reinstall, I downloaded installation from torrents, and with that I installed same installation disc on 2 computers, and they both have same problem. Now I tried sfc /scannow, but it reported that there is no corrupted files. |

Try using an official ISO of Windows 7 at the link below to use to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7 with using your legal product key number that came with your laptop.
