acer em350 problem after upgrade to win7 ultimate

yesterday my laptop had some problems i have windows 7 starter, some keyboard keys don't work (h,p,q,esc, backspace et.) also the Bluetooth didn't appear on window tray, so i thought some virus are in my laptop, so i decided to format and upgade to windows 7 ultimate. i installed win7 ultimate with no problem but the keyboard keys still not working, wireless card is gone also bluetooth. i installed drivers but still no luck, on device manager no wireless card is detected but i have Atheros wirelss card. any solution for this?
    thanks

quick question have you spilled anything on the laptop ever?

honestly, if you haven't spilled anything or dropped the laptop then it sounds like it's just failing, but i would suggest taking it to a techie to have a look.

thanks for the reply, maybe i can solve the keyboard issue by replacing it, how about the wireless card hardware not listed in hardware manager, i tried running "add a device" from control panel but when it says searching for device, it hangs, i wonder whats the problem? should i re-install windows?

May well be a motherboard controller issue. If in warranty-take it in for repair. If not-you may well have a machine that has simply died. Reason I say this is your description of the things that are not working properly. Keyboards generally will last a very long time if NOT abused (10M keystrokes for some). The Atheros card should have been detected. Have you looked at he BIOS to be sure all is well with that.

MOST IMPORTANT: We must have your full system specs to go any further. (make, model, etc.)
If the machine is more than 3 years old and has suffered (as suggested above) any physical damage, it may be cheaper to replace it. There is no reasonable way cost wise to replace the keyboard or motherboard when laptops are selling for as little as $400. That's my 2 cents

Try running Acer Factory Recovery at boot from it's partition on the HD: Acer Support: Frequently Asked Questions list for Recovery media and Restoring a system to factory load

If it won't run and the partition still exists and did not have its files deleted, we can help you Boot Recovery Partition using EasyBCD.

Did you make the Recovery disks when you set up the PC as you should have been warned to do?

If not you can order them from Acer Support, or follow these step to get a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
