Solved making copies of acer aspire 5745 Factory Recovery Disks.

Thank you so much , i understand that there were indeed very many queries , as it can be dealt with later and in good time and with other folks help too. i appreciate everything.
no worries of the office software. i do not use that , just asked that as i thought that if it were rejected to activate office at this later stage , maybe i am doing something wrong in typing the code correctly which i am now relieved that it is only a trial version , hence the rejection , and that my code is good to go then and will work to reinstall the clean install of windows .
the first paragraph of your reply will take me a while to understand as the blue link doesnot lead to anywhere , and i am not currently understanding as to how i can get an iso version downloaded for my windows 7 home basic x64 bit version. thats all the info i need for now then.
if you have a link or direction /page etc that leads to that iso for home basic x 64 bits architecture .. then it would be much appreciated ... [any day you feel it is a good time - no hurries or worries.] anyday . i will look into the answer more thoroughly to see if i understand as to how to get there . need to burn a disc of a windows 7 home basic 64 bits version machine.

You'd need to order them from Acer Tech Support if you can't make the disks from eRecovery.

You can also try running Recovery from boot as shown in this video: Acer Support - Answers, E-Mail, Chat - How do I restore my computer using the eRecovery Management program?

But these methods reinstall all of the bloatware which throttles Win7 so I would instead consider getting the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
