windows doesnt start up

    windows doesnt start up


    when you start the laptop windows doesnt star and asking to do a startup repair. It end up saying cannot repair and the repair details gives the following error
    Root cause found
    A patch is preventing the system from starting
    Repair action : system files integrity check and repair
    Result: failed, error code =0x490
    All other repair actions are successfull
    Please help me to solve this
