Recycling bin problems.
Ok so this morning i started up my computer as i normally do, and then as soon as windows started up, it displayed a message reading: Recycling bin for drive C:\ is corrupted, would you like to empty it? Naturally i hit yes, but then the message appeared about 10 more times before it finally went away for good. I tried deleting stuff to the recycling bin now, but it only gives me the option of permanently deleting the files. Next up i tried the commend line trick for fixing it by inputting rd \s \q C:\$Recycle.bin into the commend line and then it said sorry cannot delete the recycling bin because it is not empty. Finally i tried to boot into safe mode and then after hanging on CHKPNP or something like that, it booted right back into normal windows. So i'm really confused right now, and any help you guys could give me would be great.
