Windows 7: Funny crash while doing memtest86+

Funny crash while doing memtest86+

As the tittle says, I tried to test my RAM. (Booted Memtest86+ 4.20 from USB)

I tried last night, went to sleep, then after a couple of hours checked the analysis and the screen was all black, the PC button was on so I manually turned off.

The funny thing is that when I tried to test the RAM again, everything started normally, but all of a sudden a bunch of Ones and Zeroes popped in the WHOLE screen and froze there ! =O !

Something like this:

I ve got 2 RAM sticks, 1 GBDDR2 Samsung.

Is this normal ? Is one of the RAM sticks/slots dead/corrupt ?

I will test each stick and RAM slot later, I just want to share this problem because I dont think this happened to anyone else before lol.

Thank you.
