Recycle Bin corrupted

Hi All.
When I login I get the following:
"Recycle Bin"
<!> The RecycleBin on C:\ is corrupted. Do you want to empty Recycle Bin for this drive?

if I say "Yes"
"Folder Access Denied"
<!> You'll need to provide administrator permission to delet this folder

it show the name of some hieroglyphics w/ "Date created: 4/3/2011..."
-"Continue"- -"Skip"- -"Cancel"-
If I continue, it changes -"Continue"- to -"TryAgain"-
I notice that in the note it says
You require permission from <<my computer\subfolder>> to make changes to this folder

but I already have permission: I'm logged in as that person.
FYI: I change to name to "corrupted" and tried to delete but won't work...

Thanks for your quick response. I tried that, but the proplem is "Access is denied."
