software raid

Hello all,
I have a problem with missing RAID array, Normally I use hardware RAID, but I decided to give MS a try. I work some some time now, but when I came back (or maybe before I left) I did some update to my pc. I think one of them warned me to b/u my stuff, but just like many of us, I didn't pay it any attention.
I have three WD hd set up in an a array. When I came back I noticed that I couldn't access them from my other pc; resulting in chk'n out the source, and sure enough the files were missing. Went to manager and disk manager indicate that I need to format my E: drive (this is the drive letter given to the array, and I should inititialize the other two drive. Is there anyway I can re-configure these drive without losing data. I haven't done anything to them for that last couple of week - keeping hope that I can find a solution.

All note would be appreciated..
Thank you.
