It's still happening and 7stacks is uninstalled. I have no idea what is happening, it just seems weird. And it will happen at random times. Maybe because I put it into sleep mode?

My understanding 7 stacks is a beta MAC OS X program. This might be of some help.

As a test, create a new user account, log on to it, and test to see if it does the same in this account to see if it's a system wide issue or just in your original account.

Created a new account, logged onto it and pinned documents. Restarted and logged on, docs was pinned, logged of and back on, still pinned. So it must be a problem with my account. I will have to put it to sleep/shut it down and triple check to be sure but I think it is an issue with my account.

I may as well wipe the drive and reinstall seeing as I have so much stuff installed on my account. That account is also not an admin if that makes any difference.
