Will It Boot?

I have a new motherboard, ram and processor coming. When I've installed them will it boot into the operating system? I'm pretty sure I've had a halt before when upgrading.

Hello Paul and welcome to the forums!!

When you get all of your new components installed you will probably want to do a complete reinstall ... at least I would ...

Hello Paul,

I agree with Tews. Anytime you change the motherboard, it's best to do a clean install of the operating system afterwards to avoid issues with the operating system trying to run like it was still using the old motherboard.
