Ok, as a test download and merge the .reg file for the listed ISO option in the tutorial below to restore the default associations for ISO files.
Afterwards, right click on the downloaded pwhe7.iso file and click on Burn disc image to burn it to a blank (unformatted) CD/DVD.

Correct. Since the other method with the programs didn't work for you, it may be worth a try using this method with the included ISO burner in Windows 7.

How does it work for you?

What error message did it give when you tried to merge the .reg file?

Well, give the free program below that they have on their site a try to see if it may be able to burn the ISO to a blank unformatted CD/DVD. When the program is installed, right click on the pwhe7.iso file and click on Burn with Express Burn.

Now i Used The partition wizard directly to create logical drive. I created Unallocated space from my C drive of about 5GB and then right clicked it to assign it letter, but when at final step it gave message that you are creating dynamic disk from basic due to which u will b unable to boot OS??
What should i do?? Is this message saying that i will be void to use my windows again??
As i mentioned previously that i want a seperate drive not only for my files but for installing linux, Will i b able to do so.??
Plz gave appropriate solution step wise ..
    Thnks ..

You must have a typo because 5gb isn't nearly large enough for a new partition.

If you used Partiiton Wizard to convert C to a Logical drive then shrunk it to add another partition it should allow you to create an adjacent Logical partition which will not change the disk to Dynamic. Make sure C is now Logical, and you chose a Logical partition to create during this process: Partition Wizard Create Partition - Video Help

Post back a another screenshot of your maximized Disk Mgmt drive map and listings.

No I didn't Create logical C drive as partition wizard was not able to burn because it was not detected by any tool(the problem is been discussed with BRINK)!!
    But i used partition wizard directly to shrunk some space;
So for trial i created 5GB unallocated and the PW captioned it as logical.
But after trying to label it , it gave msg of Dynamic disk from basic>???
    Waiting for help..
    thnks..

Also In the above video when Unallocated space is given a CREATE command , the wizard is able to create partitions.
But in my case the the CREATE command does not do this and it shows that " no free MBR slots!!!!"
