Windows 7: Only on element in 'Send to' menu

Hi there.
After couple of days without my laptop, after starting it again I noticed that my 'Send to' menu has only one element.



It doesn't make any difference when I try to hit it while holding 'Shift'.

I typed 'shell:sendto' in command line to check if maybe shortcuts are gone, but they are still there.

I tried to delete them and put back. I noticed that with clean /Sendto/ directory the only one element changed from "Sent to recipent' into 'Send to DVD drive' so I assume some kind of error got into my registry that allows menu to show only on item.

Can anyone please help me find where the problem lies?
As side note, on another profile everything is fine. I have no idea when or what triggered this problem so system recovery is not an option.

I managed to get my menu back with software called FileMenu Tools. It appears that the Bluetooth shortcut makes others disappear.
Any solution how to add this Bluetooth option without loosing everything else?
