I can't access anything, I even tried safe mode but again, it would bring me to the windows failed to start screen with the 2 same things I sad in my begging of the post. I have no idea why when I go to start windows normally it brings me to the astio thing, which is just like the boot options, my computer specs and stuff. It does that every time, pluss the original windows failed to start screen. I tried downloading windows defender offline onto a cd AND flashdrive, they wont open unless my computers on the actual start screen.

Some how you will have to find a clean computer to do the downloading and install to a flash drive. Update it and then take it to your computer and use WDO as per instructions. I know of no other way. I did read your previous post. I understand you system is not working properly. I do understand your can't use your computer to download and make a flash drive. That is why WDO was suggested.

You can follow these steps to do everything possible for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot. Obviously you'll need another PC to do the downloading and burn the boot disks with Windows Image Burner.

The steps lead up to if necessary rescuiing your files either to run Factory Recovery or Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

Let us know how it goes.

Well i have been trying for a few hours to get the file on a cd, Usually everytime its done downloading onto it, it says "Detects no cd" Or "Cd is not blank" something around those lines, and have tried the other options with 1gb Flashdrives, same result. I finnaly got it downloaded, and put it into my computer, and once the windows is done loading files, it brings me back to the computer specs, boot sequence page. The bootup file doesent come up, And now my screen just turns black for a few seconds then goes back to the Windows has failed to load files screen.

Which download are you trying to burn to disk? It requires an image burner like built-in Windows Image Burner or ImgBurn.

The flash stick requires a special tool to write it to stick. If this is for the Win7 installer it is in Step 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. The same tool can be used to burn the installer to DVD.

You can access the Command Prompt when you create a Windows 7 Installation disc. We do understand that your system is fully nonfunctional.

I got a error message saying Failed to send cue sheet Reason: Invalid field in parameter list. I followed the Imgburn guide exactly.
