BTTray.exe - System Error - BtBaloon.dll is missing

Hi Experts,

I've just installed Win 7 and drivers. I've got the following error:

The program can't start because BtBalloon.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
Could you give me the most easy way how to fix it up ?

The problem is with Bluetooth (BtBalloon.dll). See if the site listed below provides a solution;
