Windows 7 Desktop and Taskbar not responding

Today I was in class and I let a guy use my laptop to play Need for Speed while I talked to other people. When I looked back there were some other guys playing with it but I thought nothing of it at the time. At the end of the lesson I went and closed my laptop to make it hibernate at went to my basketball match. When I got back home I stated it up and Paint was open on the screen and the taskbar was NFS, Word, GameBooster and two folders. I tried to close them but they weren't responding. I opened task manager and the only open process was NFS. I ended that and tried everything else to end the session but nothing works. Chrome is the only thing I can open as I have a button which open the web browser please help guys!!!!!

P.S. It is not a screenshot of the desktop used to troll me the taskbar and desktop are not responding
