    I get restarts at idle

    Went to the asus web/page and got a update mv91xx driver I let it idle for 30min it seemed ok no restarts but IE,mail,facebook all loaded up slow very slow the first time, but after that they all load fast could i have a memory prob also?

    You could run a memory test to check. Download Memtest86+ (you want the 2nd one Download - Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip)). Unzip it then create a CD from the iso file using your CD burning software. There is a good freeware burner called ImgBurn which will do this easily.

    DO NOT burn the .iso file directly to CD. It must be used as input to a program that knows what to do with it, like the one I mentioned above.

    Boot the CD and run for at least 3 complete passes unless it shows errors sooner than that. An overnight run is even better.

    Well it looks like the marvell driver update did it. I have had it on for 2 days no restarts.
    and i did find 2 trojans with malwarebyts they say (trojan fakesig c program steam)
    I deleted them and all seems fast agen it would only find them doing the full scan
