Do you use Sandboxie perhaps? It will create folders with random alphanumeric names like that. Have you tried right clicking on them and selecting properties to see if any clues as to their origin? Files like that can also be created by windows update. You might try an extended disk cleanup and see if that deletes them.

They can likely be deleted by changing permissions but let's see if we can identify them first. A Guy
