    2 questions, one thread

Whenever I type ipconfig, the black box just flashes. I have seen it do this as well with other inputs, why is this? How can I fix it? I'd like to be able to access this!

    2. My pc (windows 7 ultimate) cannot see my Imac, but my imac can see and access the pc? I have sharing on in the mac, what else could I be doing wrong?

ipconfig: Click on Start, type cmd then right click on cmd.exe at the top and select Run as Administrator. From there you can enter any of the ipconfig commands and the window will not close on you.

or ... from the run box, enter cmd /k ipconfig.
