Half Tilted Windows 7 Home Premium

One morning, I started my PC as usual to play games only to find out that the XBOX 360 Controller is not functioning well (not read by my games like Burnout Paradise), the volume is not functioning although it is at its maximum, I couldn't install soft wares and Microsoft Essentials is not detecting any virus.May somebody assist me?

    Thank You

Hi HenryLouis Welcome to Seven Forums.
To help us help you would you please add your systems specs? Here's how: System Info - See Your System Specs
Under System Manufacturer/Model Number add whether it is a desktop or laptop and whether self built.

Log in to Seven Forums and you will be able to transfer the info directly to the specs page in your profile from within the System Info app.
After doing this your specs will be available in each of your posts. Click on mine in the lower left to see how it should look.:)
    Full instructions in the tutorial.

In my sig is a link to Malwarebytes free, download it, run the updates and doo a full scan. Let us know the results.

Can you boot up into safe mode and install it?
Turn on the computer, and press F8 repeatedly until you get a screen with options. Select Safe Mode with Networking.
