Is this possible?

Hello guys,

Is it possible to make a program to startup when I log on, to just once a day. I don't what involves, I just want to know if it is possible or not. Please reply soon.

Hello Carl,

Yes, it sure is possible. Either tutorial below can show you how to. The first option is the easiest to use, but it will not work if the program has to run as administrator.


To just place a shortcut of the program into the "Startup" folder for a single or all users. See METHOD TWO.
Startup Programs - Change


To Create a task to run the program at startup or log on:
Task - Create to Run a Program at Startup and Log On

No, what I want is the program to run once a day, and not every time I log on. Is this possible?

You can use Task Scheduler to run a program once a day and if you don't want it to run when you login, just be sure to remove it from any startup location.
