    startup issue

    hey people
i had some issues regarding my windows startup problem.. i tried to fix it with a bootable usb drive with the version of windows i'm using and it worked for sometime but after i started to install the drivers and restarted my laptop it started to give the problem again.. is it because of virus and do i have to run offline virus scan or is it some kind of hardware problem?

May be virus or malicious programs entered i ur drive and so restricting the installation of drivers. I think you should give bootable win 7 dvd then reinstall windows in the bootable mode. When restarting the computer your dvd must be in dvd drive which will boot the dvd. From there format whole hard disk and then re-install your win7....then drivers..if not corrected.. contact me at tatan.abc@gmail.com
