Have you downloaded any software recently or altered anything within Windows?

My first point of call would be to perform a anti-virus scan with MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) which is available in my signature.

Try doing an on-line scan with HouseCalls;

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Then download and install Malwarebytes AntiMalware to check and clear any malware;

http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

Be sure to select the free version from the list on the right side of the screen.
