    Help please What are windows 7 .ci files and can I remove them


    Can anyone help please?
    I have 7.5gb of windows.ci files..I realise it (the .ci) looks like a database but can I make it smaller or delete it. Its is also fragmanted

    .ci files seem to be Windows search index files.
