Folders on Hard Drive are Hidden!

My folders on my hard drive are hidden (the only way I can view them is through Folder and Search Options in Organise). I can not unhide. See this picture for details (it shows ONE of my folders in my Hard Drive that is hidden):

How do I unhide these folders?

The hidden folder option may be greyed out, as the read-only file attribute has been selected for that file, you may want to unselect the read-only attribute for that folder and the files within the folder.

Hope this helps,

Harry

I have tried to do that and after I click "Apply" and close the properties it "redoes" itself and makes it read-only for some reason. The Hide attribute is still grey-out.
