You'll have to give more info than that for someone to help you. I'm guessing your getting the "No operating system found, please insert system disk" message on boot up? Is the BIOS boot order setup correctly? What exactly happens when you try to boot from your OS disk?

When I turn on my computer, it reads missing operating system. So I set my BIOS to check my cd driver first. I put in my windows 7 operation reinstall DVD. First I choose my language, then I get a option rather to install or repair... I click repair. But the next screen shows no system recovery options even when I select load drivers. I hope I applied more details this time, can u plz help

Command Prompt at Startup first option so shift+f10
then
Code:
diskpart
list vol
I'm not interested in cd/dvd volumes. What do you see? Give me the drive letters that you see, and the sizes of the volumes. All are NTFS?

only one disk?
sel disk 0
list part
remember how many partions you see! Then for each number
sel part "number"
for example: sel part 0
det part
Which partition is ACTIVE? And what is its volume letter?
