    Administrator access?

Do you have access to an administrator account? If so you could create a new account and delete the account having issuse. I am not an expert but that's my idea.

Otherwise if you google it there are plenty of ways to create an administrator account through other methods such as Command Prompt. You could then go into that account and use it to delete the faulty account.

I already did that, I made another account, the thing is that that account has a lot of info that I canīt retrieve, and I really need to. The other thing is that once log in the whole screen itpīs just blue, before it was black, but some how turned blue, i htought it was the black screen of death, the the blue screen of death, but the symtoms are not matching, so I did some research and end up switching that account to a new one, but that is not the point I need those commands and files, and know what was wrong, maybe in the future I can help someone else, btw thanks for answering M8 I appreciate your help and attention.

Hello Interd, and welcome to Seven Forums.

When you are logged in to the new administrator account, what happens when you try to open the old administrator's C:\Users\(user-name) folder? You should be prompted to allow permission first before the folder opens. From here you could copy what you want to keep to another location.

    Hope this helps some, :)

Shawn, thank you very much for replying, I had done that already, and some of the stuff I had I recover, although I had to reinstall some of the programs, because they wont let me open until I re install them, well, I guess there is something wrong with my pc, it freezes now and then, so I guess Iīll get an external hard drive and safe my most important stuff and format my computer, and then make a clean instalation of windows, i canīt find the problem ofthe irst account so that I could fix it, so Iīm about to give up. Thank you very much for your aentin and help M8 itīs very appeciated. I will post how mypc runs after the formating and installation.
