"Run" function unable to open some .exe files

I recently installed an app launcher, which requires me to type in the name of the app i want to run for the title designated (i.e. i can set an empty slot as iTunes by typing in iTunes.exe as the location of the app). However, some of my apps could not be run, even though i was sure i typed in the correct file name (I went to the folder where the app was stored and copied the file name, along with the extension). Trying to troubleshoot the problem, I assumed that the app launcher should be using the "Run" function of Windows, so I opened the "Run" function and tried to run some of the apps that i could not open using the app launcher (e.g. MediaMonkey.exe , fm.exe), but was greeted by a "Windows cannot find ___.exe . Make sure you typed the name correctly, then try again. I double checked the name of the file, and also made sure that the file could be run when I clicked on it. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank You!

Try using the full path to the file instead (C:\Program Files\Apple\iTunes\iTunes.exe, for example).
