System Font Size too Small - How do I make it Bigger?

The problem started when I was in Appearance and Personalization>Display>Make text and other items larger or smaller.
It was set at normal, and I accidently changed it to "Medium 125%". After I relized this, I changed it back to the default, "Smaller 100%" AND NOW ALL THE SYSTEM TEXT IS MUCH SMALLER THAN IT WAS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
I have no idea how to get it back to what it was in the beginning???
    PLEASE HELP!

I took a picture of my desktop and some windows open just to show you what the text looks like. On my screen, its abnormally small.

Right click on Desktop and select Screen Resolution. Then tick Make Text and other Items Larger or Smaller. I think this is what you are asking for.

Another option. Right click Desktop/Properties/Windows Colors/Advance Appearance Settings.
