That still doesn't explain my question... And I'm pointing it out so those who didn't know about it could check it out.
The best answer I found and seem to recall is:
To answer the query everyone has in here, onestop.mid used to be bundled with the DirectX diagnostic utility (DXDIAG) in order to test your card's ability.
Other than that, everyone seems to like it.
