Double Clicking Is Attempting To Print

For some reason a while back the default behavior for .txt files was changed from "Open" to "Print". I've checked in Folder Options and attempted to revert to default, but it doesn't appear to be working.

I also tried changing the default program associated with the .txt file type and it appears to stay notepad no matter what program I select.

Thanks. That worked. I knew how to do it via control panel, but that wasn't working for some reason.

It also is letting me change it like usual now after editing the registry. Guessing something must have corrupted the registry.
