I didn't know exactly what topic to post this under. I have a folder of shortcuts that I have created on my desktop. They are shortcuts to webpages, but they are not just typical "favorites" shortcuts. I made these so they would always open in IE and always open in private browsing.
The only issue is that I am running windows 7 64x and I want to share these shortcuts with others and have them to always work the same way. (To open in IE in private browsing) Not everyone runs Win 7 64x So I have run into an Issue with this. I have it working on my system but how do I create them to make them work on all systems?
The other Issue is that I Don't want to just give out a folder of shortcuts. Nor do I want to make a webpage unless I have to. I need a menu for the folder that is searchable by name that will pull up the correct shortcut when searched for. I am not a programmer. I took a class for frontpage in College but that's been a few years ago. I can create a web page. I think.
But I would rather have a nice simple clean menu type search box. Any suggestions about a program to use for a novice?
