    Books for Windows debugging

    Hi all,
Can you recommend some books about windows debugging?
I'm an ITsupporter, and I encountered many system issues.
If I ask the guy to install a fresh OS every time, I think I will be ****ed...
To improve the skill, I think it's better to learn it from others' experiences.
What book can improve my skill faster?

    Thanks in advance.

Now I got a book, Windows Internals 6th edition, both part 1 and part 2.

IF you're looking into fixing all kinds of different PC problems, you might look into the A+ certification study series. Those will present all kinds of different problems and how they are addressed.

    Dear both above,
Thanks for your answers, they are very useful to me.
Today is too busy to view SF.
I just support PCs and laptops, and applications based on these devices.
The ordinary problems can be fixed easily, but issue such as: application error, memory cannot be writted, there is not enogh resource, etc almost drive me crazy.
